1. Carrier Specific IUA Exclusive
This promotion is only with a specific carrier and is exclusive to IUA.

The policy must be covering Workers Compensation only.
3. New Business
Your client's business must be new to this carrier. Renewals are exempt from this promotion.
4. Effective Date
The policy must have an effective date between July 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023.
5. Premium ≥$1,000
The policy must have a minimum premium of $1,000.
